We are here to help you stay safe and healthy as we navigate COVID-19. We’ll continue to provide up-to-date information and resources as the situation evolves to make sure you have what you need to keep yourself and your loved ones as safe as possible. 

What tools & benefits do I have? 

  • COVID-19 testing is covered: If you need testing, the COVID-19 test and the visit for the test are covered at no cost to you by your Anthem plan. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19, your Anthem health plan benefits apply to treatment. Use our COVID-19 Test Site Finder — the first to cover all 50 states — to find the nearest test site based on your state and county. It's updated regularly with the latest publicly available data.

  • Telemedicine visits: Your telehealth visit is likely covered! LiveHealthOnline is free to most Anthem members through September 30, 2020. Call the number on the back of your member card to confirm your coverage. If you think you may be sick, we strongly recommend telehealth as an alternative to visiting your doctor or another healthcare facility where you might expose yourself or others to the virus.           Remember: if you do need to seek care in person, call first to make sure your provider is accepting patients. 

  • Early prescription refills: 30-day emergency early refills are available for many maintenance medications if you have an Anthem pharmacy plan. Learn more about this or mail order options by calling the Pharmacy Member Services number on your ID card. Learn more
